IV – USER RIGHTS
- Article 13, paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the rights of the user.

a) Article 15 – the right to access personal data, Article 16 – the right to rectify provided data, Article 18 – the right to supplement or restrict processing, Article 21 – the right to object to processing for legitimate reasons, as well as Article 20 – the right to data portability.
b) Article 17 – the right to request data erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or further processed.
c) The right to obtain confirmation that the data update, rectification, integration, erasure, blocking, or transformation operations have been communicated, including their content, to those to whom the data have been disclosed, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate effort. - Requests may be addressed to the data controller, without formality, or alternatively, using the form provided by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante), or by emailing: info@start-rg.it.
- If the processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – express consent to use – or Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) – express consent to the use of sensitive data (genetic, biometric, health-related, revealing religious beliefs, political opinions, or trade union membership) – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.

V – DATA SECURITY
